Our Products: | Protection and Indemnity (P&I) In cases concerning liabilities arising out of the management and navigation of ship owners’ vessels, we will negotiate an entry with a Protection and Indemnity Association (P&I Clubs). These are associations of ship owners who appoint a management company to administer the P&I Club, insuring the liabilities of the members on a mutual basis. Liability risks covered within the P&I Club are multifarious, including liabilities to cargo owners, passengers and crew, removal of wreck, costs of clean-up and containment of seepage and pollution. The P&I clubs may also insure collision liability up to 4/4ths basis. However, if you are operating smaller vessels (including those engaged in brown-water trade), mutual P&I Clubs may not be the answer to you. We have also developed solid relationships with fixed premium facilities who may offer you a tailor-made package for your vessel’s operation. |
