(“SISLDN”) and at Lloyld’s. SISLDN was established in 1970 and specializes in marine insurance and reinsurance including
treaty businesses, dealing with over 70 million DWT. SISLDN is consistently within the top five largest independent marine
brokers in London, the world’s premier insurance market.

SISHK officially began operation in Hong Kong back in early June 2007. We carry the primary mission to capture the ever
expanding Asian insurance markets with our perspicacity and experience. Keeping our dynamic and flexible approach, it sets
us ready for the challenge; a challenge to deliver.
